How do I return an item?
Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fussbudget. Return any item within 14 days of its purchase for a merchandise refund. We are not able to accept returns on personalized & custom made orders.
If an item is delivered damaged or defective, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately (toll free 800.578.1197 or email email@example.com), so that we may determine the best course of action. Please include your name, order number, a description of the problem and whether the shipping carton was damaged.
We are unable to accept a return on any custom made merchandise.
