How do I return an item?

Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fussbudget. Return any item within 14 days of its purchase for a merchandise refund. We are not able to accept returns on personalized & custom made orders.
If an item is delivered damaged or defective, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately (toll free 800.578.1197 or email, so that we may determine the best course of action. Please include your name, order number, a description of the problem and whether the shipping carton was damaged.
We are unable to accept a return on any custom made merchandise.
Returns for any other reason, must be made within 14 days of the receipt of your order. You may return for a merchandise refund, any unused toy provided that it is in its original condition and has all its accessories. Some of our vendors charge us up to 25% restocking fee. Please notify us prior to returning an item - some items will return directly to the manufacturer. Please wrap the items securely, place a copy of the invoice (noting which items are being returned and why) inside the carton, and send your package to the address noted on your invoice using the mail carrier of your choice. Fussbudget does not refund actual shipping charges or pay for return shipping costs. Some of our items feature Free Shipping. If for any reason you need to return an item that had Free Shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item cost (less any applicable re-stocking fees) minus the actual shipping costs. Cancellation Policy Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. If an item has already shipped please refer to our Return Policy. Substitutions In the event that an item is out of stock, reserves the right to replace items in our care packages with comparable items based on season and availability. Privacy Policy takes every precaution available to ensure that your customer information is kept secure and confidential. We use secure connections to receive and transmit your vital information including credit card numbers. The information collected at is used solely for fulfilling your product/service requests or for internal marketing purposes - It will never be sold to a third party. At, we collect information that helps us serve you better now and in the future. Price Changes Prices subject to change without notice (but probably not that often). Sales Tax Tennessee State Sales Tax will be charged on gifts delivered within the state of Tennessee. Refused or Re-Routed Package Policy The shipping costs incurred due to a package being refused or re-routed are the responsiblity of the customer. Returned packages will be held for 5 business days. Upon notification from the customer within (or before) the 5 day period, we will reship the package at the expense of the customer or we will refund the cost of the package minus shipping. A 15% restocking may be assessed for packages containing food or items opened or damaged by recipient. In the case that the customer does not contact us within the 5 day period, no refund will be issued. Packages re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address may incur a $10 fee. Packages refused or sent return to sender by camp may incur a $10 fee. Please verify your shipping address and be sure to include apartment numbers or building names where appropriate.
